Processing Time

Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** of purchase. Custom Wear (print-on-demand) items may take **3–7 business days** to produce before they ship, since each piece is made to order.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses within the **United States**.

 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at maldanoinfo@gmail.com

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Maldano Imperi is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked "delivered" by the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. Contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from different collections (e.g., Menswear and Custom Wear) may ship separately, since Custom Wear items are produced on demand. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
