Refund policy

Craftsmanship is the whole promise here. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How to start a return: Email maldanoinfo@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund. This is faster than a direct exchange.

Damaged or defective items: If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
