Our Promise

At Maldano Imperi, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• In its original condition with tags attached

• In the original packaging (where possible)

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [maldanoinfo@gmail.com] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? Let us know when you start your return and we’ll prioritize getting the right piece to you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at maldanoinfo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
